FAQ

1. Are there any shipping restrictions?

  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
  • Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
  • Orders will only ship Monday through Friday.
  • Orders placed before 11am CST will be shipped the same day.
  • APO/FPO shipments must use USPS and require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

2. When will I receive my order?

Truck Resto strives to ship all orders as soon as possible. Depending on your location, packages may arrive within 1-5 business days after order is placed. A shipping estimate is available during checkout before your order is completed.

3. How do I change an order I placed?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. We can attempt to cancel the order and place a new one, but we strive to ship orders fast so cancellations may not always be possible.

6. Will you ship internationally?

At this time, Truck Resto does not ship internationally. We are constantly reviewing shipping options and hopes to ship internationally in the near future.

7. My tracking number hasn't shown movement, what should I do?

Tracking numbers are generated when the shipping label is created and before the shipper picks up. Please allow 1-3 business days for movement.

8. Tracking shows my order has been delivered, but I don't see my package.

Packages can be scanned as delivered earlier than intended by the shipper. Please allow 24-48 hours after the shown delivery time before reporting the package as lost. If your package is still not found after this time period, please contact us for assistance.

9. Which is LH and which is RH?

LH is considered driver's side as it's positioned to show your left hand as you're sitting in the driver seat facing forward. RH would be the passenger side.
