Truck Resto Return Policy

We make it easy to return products whether you've had a change of heart or simply ordered the wrong part on accident. To ensure you have plenty of time, there's a 60 day window from the date your product is delivered to send it back as long as it's new and unused in the original packaging. Before sending a product back, head to the Contact Us page to get a return authorization number. Truck Resto reserves the right to refuse products sent back without a return number.

  • Truck Resto reserves the right to refuse any return showing signs of installation, modification, damaged in transit back to us, missing components, or not in the original packaging.
  • Returns sent without a return authorization or outside of the 60 day return window may be subject to a 10% restock fee.
  • Refunds will be refunded back to the original form of payment. If that method is no longer available, it will be refunded as store credit.
  • Freight, handling fees, and any other shipping charges from original order are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees unless we ship a product in error or it is found to be defective.
  • Damages for products received from Truck Resto must be reported within 3 days of being delivered. Send in pictures of the damage as a return may not be necessary.
  • Truck Resto is not responsible for lost or damaged packages being returned. We commend insuring your return packages at your expense.
  • Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving.
  • Truck Resto is not responsible for installation fees, shop/storage fees, or damage due to a defective product.
  • Truck Resto reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notification.
