This shipping and delivery policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: Terms & Conditions

 

Please carefully review our shipping and delivery policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us. 

 

Shipping Terms

All purchases of physical items from Truck Resto via web or by phone, are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you, the purchaser, upon Truck Resto delivering your item/package to the carrier. Truck Resto holds no responsibility for the replacement of products or refunds for lost, stolen or damaged items incurred while in transit with the parcel carrier. Truck Resto will assist our customer in filing claims with parcel carriers in the event that your item is affected by the aforementioned scenarios. 

 

Missing/Damaged Items

If your order is not delivered to your address as expected from the shipping company, or arrives damaged, please contact us right away. We will contact the shipping company and prompt a claim on your order to be started. This process can take 7-10 business days to be completed and the results of the investigation will be sent to Truck Resto for review and for the next steps in replacing your order or discussing other options in the event a claim is denied by the shipping company. When dealing with a damaged item, please take pictures of how the package arrived, and keep all packing materials with the package.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and is responsible for shipping your products.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $149 to the lower 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico do not qualify for this ship method. See below for those rates.

Rates are auto calculated by the shipper and will display at checkout.

 

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith, but are estimates only and not guaranteed.

 

Truck Resto strives to ship all orders fast and without delay. Due to increased volume and carrier delays, shipping companies will no longer guarantee dates. Truck Resto provides approximate shipping delivery estimates to the best of our ability. We ask for your understanding and patience on delays that are out of our control. Due to this, shipping fees are not refundable.

 

Shipping FAQs

 

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Shipping

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be calculated at checkout. Rates are auto calculated by the shipper depending on dimensions and weight of the package.

 

Do you deliver internationally? 

At this time we do not provide international shipping. We recommend sending to a freight forwarder in the lower 48 states.

 

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible. We will advise you of a revised estimated date of delivery.

 

General Shipping Information

  • Same day shipping is temporarily not available. All orders will ship on the following business day. 
  • Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
  • Orders will only ship on business days which are Monday through Friday.
  • Certain carriers can not ship to P.O. boxes. 
  • Shipments to APO/FPO addresses must use USPS and require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
  • Redirecting a shipment after it leaves the facility will result in a $10.00 fee. We recommend sticking with the original address unless it was entered in error. Please verify all shipping addresses before your order is submitted.
